MATERIALS MATTER

A quality prosthetic foot starts with reliable material. College Park’s proprietary Intelliweave® composite technology is designed to provide strength, flexibility, and comfort. These fibers are woven by hand in a 3D pattern for durability and movement. As you go from walking to moderate activity to high-impact running or jumping, these springs engage to provide the energy return you need.

Why Intelliweave?

It can be exhausting to spend mental and physical energy on the correct placement and movement of your prosthetic foot. With responsive Intelliweave, you can shift your focus to better things. As your College Park foot responds to your movement, there may be a lighter impact on your limb and socket.

With a hybrid material approach, patients can have the best of both worlds. Our Intelliweave fiberglass composites are woven by hand in a 3D pattern for strength, flexibility, and precision gait matching. In the Voyager, Aviator, and pediatric Scout feet, the carbon fiber base spring helps provide high energy return for a wide range of activities!

The Sterling is a seamless TPE gel liner designed to conform to your limb to provide optimal comfort. The Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) gel can accommodate limb irregularities, and its formula allows for heat forming up to 150ºF (65ºC). This durable liner can be easy to don and doff with an optimal TPE surface. It features a soft, thick distal pad to help shield sensitive distal ends, enhance comfort, and adapt to irregular distal shapes.
